The one-to-one coaching experience is a very personal one. My belief is that you should be coached according to your specific needs, respecting your model of the world. Each client is different and unique, so coaching programs are designed to deliver the specific results of each client.

The base one-to-one coaching time is 45-90 minutes per session, depending on the agreed coaching arrangement. Sessions can be undertaken in person, in groups, by Skype or by phone.
